A:For ford and Mazda,it do not have year limiation,that means it can do old and new cars. For landrover and rang rover it can do from 2005-2012 year.

A: VCM works with both old and new ford and Mazda cars models,and works with landrover and rang rover from 2005-2010 year.
Q: My computer drive (C:) is only 6G memory available. Can I install Ford VCM software to the drive (D:)?
A: No, you cannot. IDS software and JLR software need to be installed to Drive (C:) and at least 15G memory available.
Q: the VCM and IDS I buy are from two different sellers, can I use them together?
A: No, better use the VCM and its matching IDS from one same seller. Maybe the VCM and IDS version from different sellers is not the same and it is possible to damage the device if they work together.
Q: VCM software includes Ford & Mazda IDS, Jaguar & Land rover (JLR), Can they be installed on the same computer?
A: Better install them on two different computers, we have some customers who tried to install on the same computer, but failed.
Q: Rotunda Dealer IDS VCM fails to communicate, the indicator light is red, is the device broken?
A: There are 3 possible reasons: 1) Make sure the software is installed successfully and License need to install. 2) Well connect the cable between VCM and the car. 3) Check whether the VCM local area connection RTL8150 is connected, whether the packet “sent” and “received” is changing.
Q: I need Spanish VCM, do you have?
A: When the VCM is installed, it is multi-language available to select: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Netherlands, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese and Slovak, but after the software is installed, the language can’t be changed, unless the software is reinstalled.
Q: I have two questions about Mazda and Jaguar. One: do they need to install License? Two: what is the password calculator written on Ford CD use for?
A: yes, Mazda and Jaguar need install License. The password calculator written on Ford CD is used to calculate Incode when the VCM is used to make key
Q: When Ford VCM is installed, error message displays “Crack failed”
A: Crack fails means license fail. When the license is installed, the anti-virus software should be uninstalled, only after the VCM software is installed can the license run. After you install successfully the VCM IDS software, reboot the computer, then install the license, finally open the VCM software, if the VCM IDS software is opened, the license can’t be installed.
Q: I install all the software on the license patch, when I open IDS license file, it can’t be used, an error message reading “Windows cannot access the specified device, patch, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”.
A: this error suggests that the patch can’t work. Since the VCM software isn’t compatible with your computer, advice you use Windows XP professional. And when the VCM PATCH runs, the installed VCM software can’t be opened.
Q: The VCM programming menu lost, what to solve?
A: Please contact us to send you file “ExtendProgramming” file to reset.
Q: Can I use Ford VCM to change VIN.
A: yes, Ford VCM supports changing VIN. But it requires you are skilled in changing VIN.
Q: Does Ford VCM support PCM initialization for Mazda RX8 2006?
A: yes, VCM support PCM initialization for Mazda up to 2010.
Q: Is your VCM with VMM?
A: No, our VCM isn’t with VMM.
Q: I'm searching device to encode and password pulling cars like the Volkswagen Jetta 2011 and 2012 that saw you which device would sell and what would be the value? And appliance pulls which encrypts the password and the goal generation 6 2013?
A: VCM doesn’t support ECU programming; please contact us for remote assistance. When use VCM to read data stream, you are only allowed to choose 1 to 3 options, choose more will lead to the computer freeze up.
