►Please turn off the screen while the tool is idle.
►Set a shorter standby time.

4. How to reset the tablet?
Resetting may result in data loss. Before doing so, make sure that important data and information has been backed up.
Follow these steps to reset the tablet:
1. Tap System -> Reset options.
2. Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
3. Tap Reset tablet.
4. Tap Erase All to start resetting until the tool restarts automatically.

5. How to download the App after resetting the tablet?
Note: Before registering, make sure the network is properly connected.
After the tablet is successfully reset, follow the steps below to download the app:
1. Launch the browser and the official default launch website will open (if a
page appears, just type https://eninfo.x431.com/ in the input bar).

2. Tap Login, enter username and password and tap Login.

3. Make sure the serial number is correct, press the APP application program
and tap the Download icon to start downloading.

4. After the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

5. After installation, use the existing username and password to log in and access the update center to download the diagnostic software.

6. What if the vehicle diagnostic software language does not match the system language?
1. English is the default system language of the tool. After system language
is set to the preference language, please go to the update center for
download the vehicle diagnostic software of the corresponding language.

2. If the downloaded diagnostic software is still displayed in English, it indicates
that the current language software is under development.

7. How do I back up data?
You can transfer data between PC and tablet.
1. Use the USB cable to connect the tablet to your PC.
2. Swipe down from the top, tap Android system Charging this device via USB to enter.
3. Change "Use USB for" to "File Transfer"
4. Now it is ready for data backup.
