Advanced ECU Coding

Autel MP900 car diagnostic tool with higher-level ECU coding same as MS906.It can work on BMW, VW, and Porsche to code/ learn/ match the replaced ECUs, activate hidden features, disable some annoying functions, customize cars by driving habits, and easily solve ECU. Accessing Manufacturer-Specific Codes: provide access to manufacturer-specific codes, allowing users to perform coding functions that are specific to particular vehicle makes and models. This includes accessing hidden features or customizing various parameters within the ECU.
Enabling/Disabling Vehicle Options: With Autel scanners, users can enable or disable specific options or features within a vehicle. Auto Scan Full System Diagnosis

Autel MP900 supports four methods for vehicle identification: Auto VIN Scan, Manual VIN Input, Automatic Selection, and Manual Selection, through which you’re able to access all the diagnosable ECUs on the vehicle and run diagnostics on the selected system.

Read Codes: This function retrieves and displays the DTCs from the vehicle’s control system. The Read Codes screen varies for each vehicle being tested. On some vehicles, freeze frame data can also be retrieved for viewing.
Erase Codes: After reading the retrieved codes from the vehicle and certain repairs have been carried out, you can decide to erase the codes from the vehicle using this function.
Live Data:This function displays the real time PID data from ECU. Displayed data includes analog inputs and outputs, digital inputs and outputs, and system status information broadcast on the vehicle data stream.

Advanced Bi-directional Control/Active Test

The Active Test function is used to access vehicle-specific subsystem and component tests.During an active test, the tablet sends commands to the ECU in order to drive the actuators. This test determines the integrity of the system or parts by reading the engine
ECU data, or by monitoring the operation of the actuators, such as switching a solenoid, relay, or switch, between two operating states. Autel MP900 has finished over 3000+ autuator test for all kinds of ECU command.

1. Oil Service Reset – MP900 performs reset for the Engine Oil Life system, which calculates an optimal oil life change interval depending on the vehicle driving conditions and climate, and turns off the warning light;
2. EPB Service – MP900 initializes the throttle actuators to the default state for regulating throttle (or idle engine) operations accurately;
3. ABS/SRS Services – MP900 performs various bi-directional tests to check the operating conditions of both the Anti-lock Braking System and the Supplemental Restraint System;
4. SAS Service – MP900 performs steering angle adjustment, clears steering sensor fault memory and turns off steering wheel warning light;
5. DPF Regeneration Service – MP900 clears particulate matter from the DPF filter to stabilize the filter performance.
