Hi, Does the tool carry out actuator tests or special functions such as service light resets or DPF regeneration or does it only read and erase fault codes?

Please explain how to connect it from car to computer.
Scanner has to be connected to router and from router to laptop? or direct cable from scanner to laptop?

It support more new cars after year 2015, support update online, can work on Window XP/7/8/10

While Volvo vida dice work on cars till year 2014, update via cd, can only work on windows 7
