I am not able to connect my SBB to my computer, I get a message:Major error during transmission(nella funzione cimmoTX::InviaComandoENQ). Any advice about what i can do?

This item is hand-held key programmer, do not need connect to computer

You just open igintion on your car, then connect the device to you car for test
